About the Event
This webinar will include an in-depth review of legislation passed by the 87th Texas Legislature in the session that concluded on May 31st relevant to the construction industry. Topics will include COVID liability and pandemic response; changes to Chapter 53, Property Code, relating to liens; new or amended laws relating to public contracts; and design defect liability.
Course Credit wiht the Texas State Bar: Credit has been submitted and is pending approval with the State Bar Of Texas Minimum Continuing Legal Education for 2.0 General credits.
